STRESS ...!!

Bad Saturday Morning..

Got a call from my executive at ard 1.19am, turns out that one of the order that is suppose to reach cust place at 1am is "STILL INSIDE THE WAREHOUSE" !!! The cust server downtime was between 1am - 3am..No choice but to activate the standby to process the order asap.. Haiz

I reach office & check with one of the staff that is suppose to handle this order, and it appear that she did not inform the courier about this and happily went home at 5pm yesterday..

I'm really STRESS, SICK & TIRED of it.!! After working here for so many months, why can't they handle simple things?? & lessen my LOAD.. I can't always be a nanny to them, watching every steps they take & checking everythings they do.. I have my own job scope in the office as well.. & of course if they encounter any problems with the customers, i will still be around to solve it.

Can anyone help me?? Teach me what to do...
