STRESS 2010 Ahead

Bad Start for Year 2010
(01.) Senior Coordinator for my call team is inform by my executive that from Monday 25/01/10 onwards she will be transferrring to learn BILLING which I'm happy for her as this is another advancement - (GOOD)
(02.) Executive inform me that management does not allow more new head count, only allow internal transfer - (BAD)
(03.) The 2 internal transfer personnels that they give me to choose, which i feel both the aunties will not be able to handle it - (BAD)
(04.) All of call teams staff are temp staff which is unstable as there are no more perm staff left the coordinator transfer - (BAD)
(05.) Don't know why 2 of them can't really click very well, been hearing complaints from one staff of another - (BAD)
(06.) Too stress for me as one of the staff is still quite green to the job & Monday, another new staff coming in - (BAD)
(07.) Sub-Contract drivers giving me different type of problems everyday to solve, have to keep a tight look on them & make fun they don't do any monkey stunts - (BAD)
